In an age of Fast Food Nation, Food Inc, Super Size Me, and Michael Pollan, it's hard to believe that most of America continues to still make unhealthy food choices. I am a huge fan of awareness, consciousness and education, especially about something as fundamental as food. I hope you enjoy the video below and walk away with a slightly new perspective.
